Hot, Hot, Hot

While there is no legal maximum temperature in which it is unsafe to work - we have taken the decision that for the next few days, the temperature in our kitchen, with all catering equipment adding probably 10-15 degrees, it is not reasonable to expect anyone to work in that heat.
